As of July 1st, 2025, we will no longer be accepting United Healthcare. We have sent portal messages, as well as mailed letters to all of those who have United Healthcare as a primary, as well as a secondary insurance.
Patients are still welcome to be seen at the practice, but will have to pay up front for services, and can then submit the bill to United Healthcare for some reimbursement.
If you choose not to stay with the practice, please let us know so that we can cancel any future appointments and/or get records sent to your new provider.
