Maryland Endocrine has been making a lot of changes, in order to provide our patients with the most convenient, and safe way to communicate with the office and our providers. When you present to the office, you will now be signing in for your appointment through our kiosk, or your phone.
If you do not yet have a patient portal, please sign up for one. This will give you the ability to view lab results online, send and receive messages securely with the office staff and your providers, receive billing statements and receipts online and to review your office appointment summaries. The portal is going to be our preferred method of contact for our patients and will also hopefully cut down on patients having to wait for extended periods of time to talk to staff via the phone system. Please keep in mind that if you need a prescription refill, that is not a controlled substance; contact your pharmacy FIRST, and they will send us an electronic request.
Please look for added features and updates in the upcoming months; as we are continually changing our processes, in order to accommodate our patients in a more efficient way and to provide the best experience possible.
